Damir Imamovic’s Sevdah Takht has signed with Glitterbeat Records!
After the great success of the first CD in 2012 and performances at prestigious international festivals, Damir Imamovic’s Sevdah Takht (Bosnia and Herzegovina) will soon start recording its new CD. The new release entitled «Dvojka» («The Two») will be published in spring 2016 on Glitterbeat. This announcement is a continuation of the good news that started this autumn for Damir Imamovic’s Sevdah Takht. Firstly, the band has become a quartet with sarajevan violinist Ivana Durić joining Damir, Nenad Kovacic and Ivan Mihajlovic, and secondly, the band was chosen to perform a showcase concert at the prestigious World Music Expo 2015 festival (WOMEX 2015) which takes place in Budapest in October this year.
